I’m Chris Cray, owner of Cray Fitness. With over 30 years of experience as a strength and conditioning personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their strength & vitality through total wellness.

I train for mountain climbing every year, and he presented a program to me which was catered specifically for me.
