1. What types of personal training services do you offer?
We offer a variety of training options including one-on-one sessions, group training, virtual coaching, and specialized programs for weight loss, strength building, and athletic performance. Contact us to find the best fit for your goals.
2. Do you do therapeutic stretching?
Mobility and Recovery Stretching is a specialized stretching program designed to enhance flexibility, promote joint mobility, and aid in muscle recovery—particularly important as we age. This type of stretching helps improve overall movement patterns, reduces stiffness, and alleviates tension in the muscles and joints.
3. Do you offer online personal training?
Yes, we offer virtual training sessions via video calls, so you can work out from the comfort of your own home or anywhere that’s convenient for you. We also provide personalized workout plans and progress tracking through our app.
4. How do I know which training program is right for me?
To determine the right program for you, we begin with assessments like the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Y Balance Test (YBT) to evaluate your movement, balance, and stability. These tests help identify weaknesses or imbalances, guiding us in creating a customized plan. Based on your goals and results, we design a program that’s tailored to your needs for maximum effectiveness and safety.
5. Do I need to be in great shape to start training?
Not at all! Our training programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We’ll tailor the intensity and exercises to your current fitness level, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
6. What should I bring to my first session?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water to stay hydrated. If you’re training at our studio, we provide all the necessary equipment. If you’re training at home, we can help you get started with a minimal setup.
7. How many sessions do I need to see results?
Results vary depending on your goals and consistency, but many clients start seeing improvements in strength, endurance, and energy within the first few weeks. For best results, we recommend supervised training at least 2–3 times a week.
8. Can I train with a friend or family member?
Yes! We offer partner and small group training options, so you can bring a friend or family member along to work out together and stay motivated.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for the session. We understand emergencies come up, so please let us know as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.
10. Do you provide nutrition advice?
Yes, we offer basic nutrition guidance as part of your training program. We can help you build healthy habits and suggest meal plans to complement your fitness goals. For more in-depth nutrition advice, we can refer you to our certified nutritionist.
