That’s why we start with a comprehensive assessment and needs analysis utilizing advanced screening tools—the Y-Balance Test (YBT), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Modified FMS. With these tools, we assess your mobility, stability, and overall movement patterns. Additionally, we conduct strength and fitness assessments, including baseline strength, flexibility, lung capacity, and cardiovascular fitness, before designing your customized training plan.

Step 1: Movement Assessment
We begin with a detailed evaluation using one of the following movement screens:
- Y-Balance Test (YBT): Identifies asymmetries in balance, coordination, and stability, helping to reduce injury risk and enhance athletic performance.
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS): This test highlights mobility and stability concerns, allowing us to address potential weaknesses before they lead to injury.
- Modified Functional Movement Screen (MFMS): Designed for individuals with injuries or mobility limitations, this adapted version of the FMS ensures a safe and accurate assessment of functional movement.
