Small Group & Partner Training

Cray Fitness offers small group training for 3 to 6 people. Small groups allow for a fun, team-building atmosphere with the supervision of a trainer. Partner training is also available, ideal for couples preparing for weddings, reunions, and other milestone events.

Endurance & Performance Training

Cray Fitness loves to work with athletes at every stage, helping them break through limits and achieve new heights. Chris has prepared clients for marathons, alpine mountain climbing, and even Mt. Everest!

Post Rehabilitation & Pain Management

Cray Fitness collaborates with physical therapy clinics to provide post-rehabilitation support through referrals.

Stretching

At Cray Fitness, we guide you through stretching by first assessing your flexibility and specific needs. We demonstrate each stretch slowly and with proper form, ensuring you understand how to move safely and effectively. We provide gentle adjustments to deepen the stretch and offer encouragement to maintain good posture and breathing throughout. By customizing stretches to target your unique goals—whether for injury recovery, flexibility, or relaxation—we improve mobility, prevent muscle strain, and promote overall body wellness.
